Kolor Bar Social Evening
Every Wednesday at The Kolor Bar / Old Bull & Royal
Wednesday night is party night for the people of Preston as Spire hold their weekly shindig for adults with learning disabilities at The Kolor Bar in Preston city centre.
The social evening started in February 2011 and has now established itself as one of the most looked forward to events on the learning disability social calendar.
The event is not-for-profit so all money raised is invested into special events at Valentines Day, sport events like the World Cup and Olympics, Halloween, Christmas and other occassions.
The Kolor Bar is in a prime location for users of public transport situated just a few hundred yards from Preston Bus Station and train station, a bus stop across the road and a taxi rank outside. For those with cars there is also a free car park behind the pub.
Entry is just £2 (carers go free). There is also a weekly raffle for your chance to win one of three great prizes including a bottle of wine.
The bar serves a wide range of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks as well as bar snacks. The Kolor Bar, located on Church Street (PR1 3BU), is also wheelchair accessible with disabled toilet facilities.
