Investors in People

We are pleased to announce that Spire has been awarded the Investors in People Standard.
The assessment process was based on information and evidence gained via interviews with our staff, management and the board of trustees, as well as evidence materials collected on site.
Having carried out the assessment, the assessors were "satisfied beyond doubt" that Spire met all the requirements of the Investors in People Standard.
The report states that Spire has "a friendly people focussed culture supported by a feeling of energy and committment by staff."
"The business was led by individuals who were committed to ensuring the business remains a quality provider of care with a focus on care outcomes for clients and a good team ethic."
The Investors in People status is a recognition of an organisations quality against a framework of standards.
