Preston Business Centre is located within the grounds of what was the Sharoe Green Hospital. The Spire office is based on the first floor of the old workhouse building that faces Watling Street Road. The building is wheelchair accessible at the rear where there is also a large pay & display car park.

Car park rates, as of August 2011, are:

Upto 2 hours = £1
Upto 4 hours = £2
Upto 6 hours = £3
All Day = £3.50

Office times are usually between 9am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. The office is closed at weekends but an On Call telephone system is shared between management for emergencies.
